CONFERENCE

DATES Monday September 17th beginning at 10.00am & Tuesday September
18th 9:00am to 6.30pm.
PROGRAMME The conference is a two day event and formally begins
with registration at 9:00am on Monday September 17th followed by plenary
session. In the evening a cocktail reception and dinner with investor
introductions will take place. Tuesday 18th of September begins with
breakfast at 8.00am, followed by a series of plenary sessions, investment
candidates presentations, and will be closed with cocktails at 6:00pm.
REGISTRATION FEES Individual Attendee: the price and payment
is EURO 1200 Euro (Sfr 1974) Fees include: Participation in the conference,
conference papers, refreshments and dinner. Please complete the registration
form available online. Credit Card payments accepted. The fees do
NOT include accommodation. Please see the section entitled 'Accommodation'
for further details.
COMPANY APPLICATIONS A Screening Committee composed of some
of the conference partners will select 10-15 exciting energy technology
ventures across Europe and Overseas. Industry sectors covered include
renewable energy, distributed energy, energy efficiency and energy

LANGUAGE The working language of the conference is English.
Presentations, by both the speakers and presenting companies, as well
as the conference literature will be in English.
ACCOMMODATION Rooms for conference attendees have been pre-reserved
at local Hotel's. Additional information can be found under 'Accommodation'.
POST CONFERENCE Attendees of the conference will receive
- A Who's Who list of the Conference Attendees
- The list of Presenting Companies
- The Profile of speakers and partners
PAYMENT Payment are to be made by credit card via our online
ticketing system.
CANCELLATION Cancellations received in writing by August 27th
will then be refunded (less a 20% administrative fee charge). After
this date, delegates who cancel or are unable to attend the conference
will be charged the complete registration fee.

The European Energy Venture Fair
will take place at Swiss Re's Centre for Global Dialogue in
Rüschlikon/Zurich Switzerland. The scenic conference venue
of Rüschlikon/Zurich is ideal for enhancing the spirit of ideation
and networking. The conference venue spans 16,000 square meters
and is well-known for its architecture and design. Rüschlikon
is a 20-minute drive from central Zurich.
